Abba Apparel is a loyalty based company. While we are a for profit business, even more importantly we are established for and passionate about loving people. We stand beside all clothing and products we offer. From founders Brent & Caleb Brooks to any and all employees here, we aim to represent Jesus with excellence and bring honor and respect to every person or customer we come in contact with.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If a customer notices an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report by email to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org

1. Personal Information
Before using certain parts of any portion of the Abba Apparel website or ordering Products, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to User’s (your/company) name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. In addition, we may also ask you for your/Customer’s country of residence and/or organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill orders, to communicate about order and Printful, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing the order, your personal information may be used to contact you.
By registering with Abba Apparel, you agree that all information provided in the registration data is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, complete, and accurate.
Abba Apparel may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its Site. Abba Apparel may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Abba Apparentl does not disclose personal information other than as described here.
If you are a registered user of the Abba Apparel and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, new Products, solicit your feedback. Printful takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction personal information.
2. Disclosure of Information
Abba Apparel discloses personal information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Abba Apparel's behalf or to provide products that are available , and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country.
Abba Apparel will not rent or sell personal information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described here, Abba Apparel discloses personal information only in response to court order or other governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Abba Apparel, third parties or the public at large.
Your account and/or transactions are encrypted and protected for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to any of your electronic devices or computers through browsing, personal accounts, and account and personal information by selecting and protecting your internet and/or passwords appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
5. Business Transitions
If Abba Apparel, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the event that Abba Apparel goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your personal information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Abba Apparel and/or the Site may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing and distribution facility. Customer is liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing and distribution facility and customer is liable for the cost of a reshipment customer.
Returned by Customer - We advise all of our customers to contact us directly at email@example.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are offered at a customers expense.
